Our successful completion of a 4-unit duplex apartment project for Wilbur Apartment at 816 Brayton Point Road, Somerset, MA.

The project was delivered on time, with all units fully finished and ready for leasing by early October. We’re pleased to report that both Ayat Construction and Wilbur Apartment were delighted with the quality and timely delivery of the units.
